🌿 Epipremnum pinnatum ‘Golden Flame’ Care Sheet
Light:
Prefers bright, indirect light.
Can tolerate medium light, but bright filtered light encourages vibrant golden variegation.
Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch leaves.
Watering:
Water when the top 3–5cm of soil is dry.
Keep soil evenly moist but never waterlogged.
Ensure proper drainage to prevent root rot.
Reduce watering slightly in cooler months.
Humidity:
Thrives in moderate to high humidity (55–80%).
Benefits from a humidifier, misting, or placement in a naturally humid room.
Temperature:
Ideal range: 18–28°C.
Sensitive to cold; avoid temperatures below 15°C and protect from drafts.
Soil:
Use a well-draining, airy potting mix (potting soil with perlite and orchid bark).
Good aeration supports healthy roots and climbing growth.
Fertilizing:
Feed every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertilizer.
Reduce feeding in autumn and winter.
Support:
Provide a moss pole, trellis, or stake to encourage climbing and maximize leaf size.
Pruning & Maintenance:
