ROOTLABS Shop Policies Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Shipping & Delivery We ship nationwide within South Africa. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on location. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. ROOTLABS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information supplied at checkout. Packaging Our substrates are packed in sealed, moisture-resistant packaging to preserve structure and quality. Minor settling during transit is normal. Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of horticultural substrates and growing media, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened. Returns will only be accepted if: • The item was damaged in transit (photo proof required within 24 hours of delivery). • The incorrect product was supplied. Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
