Handling Times
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Some items are curated or sourced to order and may require additional handling time. Customers will be notified if delays occur.

Delivery Expectations
Delivery timelines vary by location and product type.
• Local deliveries (Garden Route): 3–5 business days
• National deliveries: 5–10 business days
• Bulky or fragile items may require specialised courier arrangements
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch.
While we package items with care, courier delays are beyond our control.

Plants, Living Items & Returns
We take great care to ensure plants leave us healthy and well packaged.
If a plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs.
Where appropriate, we will:
• replace the plant, or
• offer a store credit, or
• provide a refund (at our discretion)
Due to the nature of living plants:
• changes in condition caused by environment, care, or handling after delivery are not considered faults
• returns based on change-of-mind are not accepted for plants

Planters & Non-Living Items
Planters and non-living items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once processing or dispatch has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
