Phragmipedium Grande (Phrag. longifolia x Phrag. caudata)

Light: medium to bright filtered light. The brighter, the better without direct afternoon sunlight. Water: allow the soil to dry out slightly between watering’s. Prevent prolonged dryness or pots standing in water for long periods of time. Humidity: average room humidity is sufficient. Temperature: normal room temperature is ideal, between 18-22°c. Avoid cold draughts. Potting medium: use a good quality orchid mix. Fertiliser: use a well-balanced organic fertiliser once a month during its growing period. When possible i use my own flower photographs but some will be either from the supplier or on occasions from the internet.
