Leptotes bicolor

Leptotes bicolor is a miniature sized epiphyte. The pseudobulbs are terete and the fragrant flowers are borne in groups of 1-3 and are mostly white with a prominent purple patch on the labellum. Light: medium to bright filtered light. Water: allow the soil to dry out slightly between watering’s. Prevent prolonged dryness or pots standing in water for long periods of time. Humidity: average room humidity is sufficient. Temperature: normal room temperature is ideal, between 18-22°c. Avoid cold draughts. Potting medium: use a good quality orchid mix. Fertiliser: use a well-balanced organic fertiliser once a month during its growing period.
