How to sow organic marrow caserta seeds
• location: full sun
• soil: well-drained, fertile soil with a ph of 6. 0-7. 5
• sow: sow seeds 2-3 cm deep, spacing 60-90 cm apart
• water: keep soil consistently moist but avoid waterlogging
• germination: 7-10 days
• care: thin seedlings to the strongest plants, water regularly, and mulch to retain moisture
• harvest: 50-70 days after sowing, when fruits are 15-20 cm long and firm
For best results, enrich the soil with organic compost before planting. Marrow caserta is a vigorous grower and will provide a plentiful harvest of tender, flavourful fruits throughout the summer.
