Roots will be dry before shipping.
Western Cape delivery address: Orders shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
All other areas delivery address: Orders shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be only considered in the unlikely event of a plant being damaged in transit,
We personally check and meticulously pack each plant, to ensure safe delivery. If plants are damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately, with photos of the damaged plant and the packaging.
Later than 3 days after delivery, no refunds will be offered.
