Anthurium polyschistum – Rare Climbing Anthurium

Key Characteristics
“Finger-like” Foliage: It features deeply divided, palmate leaves with 5 to 15 slender, lance-shaped lobes that radiate from a central point, resembling a hand with thin fingers.
Texture and Colour: The leaves are typically dark green or blue-grey with a smooth, matte-to-semi-glossy finish and distinctive crinkled or wavy (undulated) edges.
Vining Habit: Unlike many clumping Anthuriums, this is a creeping or climbing species with long distances between its nodes (internodes).
Small-Scale Exotic: It remains relatively compact indoors, typically reaching a height of 60–80 cm (2–3 feet) with proper support.

Quick Care Guide
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Avoid direct afternoon sun, which can scorch its thin, delicate leaves.
Water: Keep the substrate evenly moist. Water when the top inch of soil is dry, but ensure the pot has excellent drainage to prevent root rot.
Humidity: Thrives in high humidity (60–80%). It is an ideal candidate for terrariums or plant cabinets.
