Description

Appearance:
Features compact rosettes at the tips of woody, branched stems that have visible leaf scars. The leaves are 4–11 cm long and can develop deeper pinkish, orange, or brown tones in strong sunlight.

Flowers:
Produces small, yellow, star-shaped flowers in dome-shaped clusters on stalks up to 15 cm long during spring.

Growth Habit:
A moderate grower that can reach a height and spread of roughly 60–75 cm. It is a “tree-houseleek” that is considered easy to care for, similar to other Aeoniums.

Environment:
Prefers sunny, well-draining soil, thriving in temperatures between 16–30°C, and is generally hardy down to about -2°C.

Care Tips:
Requires minimal watering, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings. It is prone to summer dormancy, where it may shed lower leaves, and is monocarpic, meaning the flowering rosette will die after blooming.
