We take special care to prepare your plant babies for their journey, ensuring they are securely packaged and ready to thrive in their new homes. Returns & Cancellations Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Returns: Due to the delicate nature of live plants, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once plants have been shipped. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll gladly assist with a replacement or store credit. Delivery Expectations We courier nationwide across South Africa. Delivery partners include Pudo and Pargo, offering flexible collection points for your convenience. To protect our plants from being trapped in warehouses over weekends, we only ship on: Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service selected. Important Notes Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel promptly, as plants are living items that need care upon arrival.
