Handling Time:
Orders are processed within 2–4 working days. We take great care in preparing and packaging each plant or product to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery :
Courier delivery usually takes 2–5 working days once dispatched. Delays may occur with outlying areas or during peak courier periods. You’ll receive tracking details once your order leaves our nursery.
Returns & Refunds:
Because plants are living items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your plant or product arrives completely damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly review and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, cancellations are no longer possible.
Packaging & Quality:
Every order is carefully checked before shipping. Plants are securely packaged to minimise transit stress, and other items are inspected for quality before leaving our nursery.
