Returns & Refunds
I want your semi-hydro journey to be as stress-free as possible! I accept returns on all non-living products only if they are defective—but unfortunately, I cannot accept returns if:
- The item was damaged in transit (I wish I could personally deliver every order like a dedicated dung beetle rolling its treasure, but sadly, I can’t 🪲).
- You changed your mind and no longer want the item.
- Locker Orders: When checking out, please include your preferred Pudo locker details in the note section so I know where to send your planty goodies! 🌿 I’ll drop off your parcel within 48 hours, unless my lockers are full (in that case, I’ll update you).
- Uber Collections: Want to Uber your new plant babies or accessories home? No problem! 🌱 Uber deliveries/collections are at your own cost and arrangement, but please include a note at checkout or send me a message so we can find a time that works for both of us.
- Plants are for collection only—I don’t post plants anywhere.
- Customers must reach out to me with their collection or delivery details after placing an order. You can include this information in the note section when checking out.
Shipping Policy
We use reliable courier partners to deliver nationwide across South Africa. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within a few working days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Refund Policy
No refunds but please get in touch if you are unhappy with anything and I will do my best to turn that frown upside down!
