Refund and Replacement Policy (Damage in Transit)
We understand that our terrariums are delicate. We pack them with extreme care, but sometimes the journey is rougher than expected. If your order arrives damaged, we promise a quick and hassle-free resolution.
1. Eligibility and Reporting Window
Who is covered? This policy applies to any terrarium or succulent kit that arrives with broken glass, irreparably damaged plants, or contents completely displaced due to transit handling.
Time Limit: You must report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery. Due to the fragile nature of glass and live plants, claims reported after this window may be denied.
2. Required Documentation
To process your claim quickly, we require the following visual evidence via email (to [Your Email Address]):
Photo 1: A picture of the exterior shipping box showing any damage (dents, holes, crushing) and the shipping label.
Photo 2: A picture of the internal packaging and how the items were secured inside.
Photo 3 & 4: Clear, close-up photos of the damaged item itself (e.g., the broken glass or the specific plant damage).
3. Resolution Options
Once we confirm the damage using the provided photos, you will be offered your choice of the following:
Full Refund: A full refund for the cost of the damaged item (and original shipping costs, if applicable) processed back to your original payment method.
Free Replacement: A replacement terrarium or kit will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
4. Item Return Policy
No Return Required: For damaged or broken terrariums, we do not require the item to be returned. We consider the photographic evidence sufficient. Please safely dispose of any broken glass and packaging. We're not going to make you re-package broken glass.

A. Creation & Processing Time (The Art Takes Time!)
• Processing Time: Since every terrarium is a hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind arrangement, our processing time (the time it takes to build and prepare your order) is 1 to 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
• What this means: We are carefully selecting and arranging the plants, and layers to ensure your succulent bowl / terrarium is perfect before it begins its journey.
B. Shipping Days (Why Tuesday and Friday?)
• Shipping Schedule: We ship prepared orders only on Tuesdays and Fridays.
• The "Why" (Efficiency & Hardiness): This schedule is optimized for our specialized packaging process. We batch-pack and ship twice weekly to ensure maximum efficiency and dedication to each order. While we prefer Tuesday to get packages moving mid-week, our succulents are hardy plants capable of handling the standard travel time, including a weekend stop, ensuring they arrive ready to thrive.
C. Order Cut-off
• Tuesday Shipping: Orders prepared and ready by Monday at 12 PM - will ship on Tuesday.
• Friday Shipping: Orders prepared and ready by Thursday at 12 PM -will ship on Friday
