Store Policies
All our planters are made to order. Please allow up to 14 working days for manufacturing after we receive confirmation that your payment has cleared.
🚚 ShippingAll orders are couriered directly to your door using trusted delivery services. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Delays may occur due to weather or courier availability, but we’ll keep you updated.
🔁 Returns & RefundsAs our planters are made to order:

All sales are final once manufacturing begins.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

If approved, we will offer repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the issue.
We offer a 180-day limited warranty on all physical goods against manufacturing defects. This covers:

🧽 Care InstructionsTo ensure longevity of your planters and stands:

Resin & fibreglass planters: Wipe with Handy Andy and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh abrasives.

Ceramic pots: Handle with care; clean gently with water and a soft sponge.

Wooden stands: Use furniture polish or wood care products.

Metal stands: Wipe clean regularly to avoid dust or residue buildup.
