We guarantee that all plants leave our nursery in good condition. Plants are carefully packaged with specialized materials (wrapping, stabilizers) to prevent shifting, stem breakage, and soil spills during transit. While we ensure our plants are healthy when they leave, we have no control over courier handling. Any major damages should be reported within [e.g., 24-48 hours] of receiving the package.
