Custom-painted pots: 5–7 working days lead time.

Any return or refund requests must be communicated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Proof is required: unboxing video or clear photos of the product(s) and all original packaging materials.
Returns/refunds will not be processed without this evidence.
*Live Plant Shipping
Live plants are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays to reduce transit time.
Exception: Orders within the Gauteng Province may be shipped outside these days up until Thursdays.
