Raw terracotta pots: 3–5 business days.
Custom-painted pots: 5–7 working days lead time.
*Returns & Refunds
Any return or refund requests must be communicated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Proof is required: unboxing video or clear photos of the product(s) and all original packaging materials.
Returns/refunds will not be processed without this evidence.
*Live Plant Shipping
Live plants are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays to reduce transit time.
Exception: Orders within the Gauteng Province may be shipped outside these days up until Thursdays.

While we take the utmost care in packaging your order securely, we cannot be held responsible for damages caused during transit by the courier.
Claims for courier-related damages must be submitted directly to the courier service, supported by the required unboxing video/photos
