Distinctive Features
Intricate Foliage: The mature leaves are large (up to 50–70 cm long) and “pinnatipartite,” meaning they are cut deeply toward the midrib into multiple narrow, linear segments.
Growth Habit: It is a fast-climbing epiphytic vine. In its natural habitat, it scales trees, and in a home environment, it thrives best when provided with a moss pole or trellis to support its vertical growth.
Lush Appearance: Despite its skeletal leaf shape, its short nodes (the space between leaves on the stem) give it a dense, full, and lush look as it matures.
