Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us via TerraHub with your order number and reason for return.

Once the return is approved, you’ll be guided through the process. Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

We thoroughly check every item before dispatch, but if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you promptly.
