RETURN POLICY

At Donavan William, we take pride in our unique up-cycled and sustainable decor items. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, our return policy is here to assist you.

GENERAL RETURN GUIDELINES

Return Period: Returns are valid within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Address: All returns should be sent to 3 Gwarrie Road, Laguna Estate, Mykonos, Langebaan, Western Cape, 7357.

Return Process: An email with images of the damaged goods, along with the invoice, needs to be sent to returns@donavanwilliam.co.za. Once the email contents have been reviewed, an email response will be sent to the customer to either confirm or decline the return process.

Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the goods to Donavan William will be the responsibility of the customer.

Replacement/Repair Costs: The cost of issuing new goods or the repair thereof will be absorbed by Donavan William and shipped back to the customer within 10-14 working days from receiving the returned items.

FINAL NOTES

Non-returnable Items: Custom-made items or items purchased during a clearance sale are not eligible for returns.

Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
