Return & Exchange Policy

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us via TerraHub with your order number and reason for return.

Once the return is approved, you’ll be guided through the process. Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
